- Prepare and serve an assortment of wines and beers to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to customers regarding wine and beer selections based on their preferences and taste profiles.
- Ensure that all alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal age restrictions and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory levels of wines and beers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food and wine pairing recommendations for customers.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Operate cash registers and accurately process transactions, including handling payments and providing change.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events or wine tastings organized by the bar.
- Continuously stay updated on new wine and beer offerings, including attending relevant training sessions or tastings.
- Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.
