THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by being knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections as well as maintaining the appearance of the bar. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the beverage area to comply with company standards
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation procedures
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you assist them with their beverage selections all while providing an outstanding guest experience
