Wholesale & E-Commerce Assistant Jobs

Ivey Brands Inc is the owner of both Ellsworth + Ivey and Mon Coco, both founded and lead by designer, Taylor Ivey. We are currently hiring an Assistant to support our growing Wholesale program and E-commerce/Marketing division! This is a bit of a jack of all trades role where you will wear a handful of hats and gain experience in a handful of different business areas including Account Management, Sales, E-Commerce and Marketing.

Ellsworth + Ivey introduced it's namesake vintage Nantucket sweater in 2015 and the rest was history. Since then, the business has evolved into a custom knitwear brand creating custom knitwear designs for retailers, academic institutions, private clubs, etc around the world. The brand also produces their own collection that can be found at such retailers are Maisonette.

Mon Coco is a new RTW womenswear line launching mid-February 2023 with its debut Spring/Summer collection. Mon Coco balances between the vibrancy of Indian block printing with the feminine silhouette of the French seaside.

Ivey Brands are currently hiring an Assistant to support our growing Wholesale program and E-commerce/Marketing division!

This person will work directly with our Director of Wholesale to support all things related to our wholesale custom program and business operations. This person will also support our E-Commerce back end and D2C customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brands and excited to join the team. The perfect candidate will be extremely organized and detail oriented, a quick learner, ideally with a knowledge of Adobe programs and have both an analytical and creative skillset.

The environment is a hybrid of remote and in office and we will need team members who are self starters, hardworking and eager to succeed.

Note: We are currently in the process of opening an office in South Florida at which point this position would become a hybrid position (likely the Fall) - until then it would be remote.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with Design team to mock up new designs for Custom sweaters via Photoshop and Illustrator (this can be taught, it's quite simple)
• Support Direct of Wholesale on all Wholesale account needs include: Day to Day Account Communication, Creating and building Purchase Orders, Maintaining internal Inventory Management System, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing, Coordinating shipments to brands
• Represent the brand at various trade shows and potential pop ups around the country
• Work with Marketing team to Online graphics out quarterly or as needed
• Support Marketing team to communicate marketing needs, support on photoshoots when applicable
• Responsible for management of our E-Commerce back end to ensure orders are fulfilled/handled. Create new products online
• Responsible for communicating with our current vendor list weekly new product offerings, deadlines, and new opportunities

Requirements:

• Extreme attention to detail
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or Operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines & priorities in an organized manner
• The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000 based on experience and qualifications.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Marketing and/or a passion for it
• Must be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
• Hard working, self-starter, strong sense of community
• Proficient in Canva
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks efficiently
