Job Description

The e-commerce account manager is responsible for managing and increasing the online sales of our Skin Care products and services, as well as be responsible for managing and optimizing our relationships with online platforms such as Amazon, WordPress, and magneto. The e-commerce account manager will also oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product listings, promotions, and analytics to increase our brand awareness and revenue. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze the necessary resources for the implementation of the agreed online sales plan.
  • Generate periodic reports with the monitoring of sales, proposal to improve service and sales (Traffic, ROI, sales funnel...)
  • Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies and plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Develop affiliate programs, relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Work closely with Social Media Campaign manager and Amazon Market place.
  • Adaptation of the Branding and online sales strategy in collaboration with the corporate Marketing team.
  • Monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics and trends and providing regular reports and insights.
  • Design and implement a calendar of online marketing actions (marketing campaigns, Inbound Marketing, Agile Sales, video marketing...) and supervise its correct loading on the website.
  • Work in collaboration with our corporate Digital Marketing Manager and Country Manager to develop and monitor online sales throughout all channels of each brand (web, e-commerce portal and/or marketplaces), according to the defined commercial strategy.
  • Ultimately responsible for the proper functioning of the online sales channels, and the anticipation of possible improvements to be made.
  • Market analysis, data and results that lead to the proposal of new improvement actions and corrective measures for deviations from the established plan.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms with online platforms and ensuring compliance with their policies and guidelines.
  • Co-responsibility of the P&L of the online sales of each brand for the fulfillment of the established sales and profitability objectives, according to budget.
  • Definition and implementation of monitoring indicators (KPIs) for digital sales, both sales and customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understands the operation of AdWords campaigns (SEM) and SEO (creation of content based on Keywords).
  • Researching and identifying new opportunities and best practices to expand our online presence and reach new markets.
  • Direct management of the online stores (product categorization, range, price positioning, promotional actions, and more); as well as all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as product development, marketing, customer service and logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.



Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, WordPress, Magento or other e-commerce platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies
  • Desirable to have managed RRSS or be familiar with them.
  • Experience in managing logistics processes to improve margins, ROI and improve the "customer journey".
  • Proven experience in an eCommerce management position, preferably in the cosmetics sector or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High experience with Google Analytics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing
