E-Commerce Manager Jobs

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-Commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our online sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including lead capture, customer nurturing, and abandoned cart follow-up strategies.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of e-commerce activities.
• Optimize website content and user experience to enhance conversion rates and improve overall online performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and design targeted ads to attract customers.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Ads.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional offers to support e-commerce initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and maximize customer acquisition.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industry best practices in SEO, user experience optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.

Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience. Discretionary performance-based bonus.
