Wholesale Assistant Jobs

Kith is hiring a Wholesale Assistant. Under the direction of the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Kith stores and wholesale accounts by assisting with financial reporting, market preparation, and overall accounts management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment. Candidates must be analytically strong and having professional Excel experience is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

• Adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business.
• Applying our iconic “Swirl” to our highly sought-after desserts.
• Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Practicing and mastering the plating & presentation techniques used on each one of our creations.
• Assist Shops Management team with housekeeping responsibilities.
• Remaining updated on all company activations, as well as any brand partnerships.
• Continuously providing an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers, capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert!
• Using time between customers to manage inventory levels, to ensure we are always prepared.
• Proactively communicating inventory needs with management.
• Follow all Food & Safety process, policies, and procedures,

Experience:

● 1-3 years of relevant experience including internships

● Degree in a relevant course of study

Skills:

● Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)

● Critical thinking, problem solving
