Call Center Representative

About us:

At Catapult K12, we provide innovative and intuitive communication software solutions to K12 districts and schools to integrate their communication and manage emergencies. Our communication suite includes parent communication, emergency management communication, website design/content management, a parent app and anonymous tip reporting through our WeTip Call Center. We are partners with our clients and community and strive to develop a close working relationship with all those we interact with. Our goal is to provide the best user interface experience, be a leader in the industry, all while maintaining great customer service and our sense of humor. Our small team is growing as we redefine how K12 districts communicate. Our WeTip Call Center is growing as we redefine how K12 districts communicate. This position is 16 hours with limited benefits and the potential to transition to full time (30+ hours). Position is hybrid remote for the first 90 days and has the potential to be full time remote. Call center is 24/7 and requires a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow established call center workflow for tip reports within the system
  • Identify when to use emergency protocols while processing a tip report
  • Answer, monitor and analyze incoming calls & web submissions
  • Process tip report according to set guidelines with provided information
  • Maintain excellent communication with Call center manager and call center staff and Director of Operations
  • Process and analyze tip reports
  • Follow and use emergency protocols when processing tips

Qualifications:

You are:

  • Comfortable with speaking on the phone and with law enforcement agencies.
  • Quick to learn new programs
  • Bilingual is preferred
  • An organized, creative and detailed-oriented person (required for this role)
  • A team player
