Onin Staffing is hiring experienced welder fabricators in the Talladega area! This contract to hire opportunity offers a starting pay rate ranging from $21.00 to $$28.00 per hour along with unbeatable benefits after 30 days on the job.

What You'll Be Doing

• Find faulty components in defective products to fix them
• Align components and connect them with bolts and screws
• Read detailed schematics for complex machines
• Weld and solder pieces together
• Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

• Be eager to learn and master new skills
• Have 3 + years of welding experience
• Be punctual and professional
• Be familiar with manufacturing environments
