Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning web designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues, ensuring the optimal performance of web designs across various browsers and devices.
• Design and optimize graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance user experience and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Adobe XD, establishing the overall look and feel of the website or web application.
• Apply industry best practices and stay up to date with the latest trends in web design to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and engaging.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout to create visually compelling designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality work.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs, iterating as necessary.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices in web design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, combined with a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for pixel-perfect designs.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and frameworks is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with an ability to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.

Position is fully remote and starts part-time at $30/hour, or commensurate with experience.
