Job Summary:

You are an experienced Water Truck Operator with articulated water trucks, ridged frame and water pole. Who takes pride in the safe and efficient operation of production mining equipment in a surface pit operation. Essential Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
• Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
• Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
• Experience with Articulated water truck, ridge frame and water pole
• Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
• Safe and efficient operation of a 4K Water Truck to meet production targets
• Complete production reporting and other documentation as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum one-year of mining experience is preferred
• MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal ticket is required; training and support is provided to obtain or update certificates as needed.
• Must have valid photo identification

Work Conditions:

• Ability to work overtime may be required
