What the role entails

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Produce polymer concrete parts in a safe & efficient manner
• Operate lift & hoisting devices
• Tear down & assemble molds

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.

• Required to occasionally climb or balance; kneel, and crouch; and talk or hear.

• Trunk Strength — the ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.

• Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
