WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
What You'll Do
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including department personnel, and receiving and transferring goods to departments for Dreamscape’s new Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The position will also fill requisitions, ensure all products are issued in a timely order, plan, direct, and coordinate the operations and unloading of trucks in a warehouse.
ROLES EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Participate in team training and growth opportunities.
• Create credit purchase requisitions to return products to vendors and dispose of spoiled products and inspect product expiration dates.
• Monitor proper procedures for all deliveries, department personnel, including clock in and out, schedule changes and time off requests.
• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Process returns to the warehouse.
• Lead and mentor a team.
• Maintain exceptional customer service at every interaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will oversee the Warehouse Lead Person(s) and Warehouse Receiver(s).
Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong organizational skills, solution-driven, analytical thinker.
• Able to set priorities, work schedules, and meet department deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Proactive with an attention to details.

Preferred

• One year of warehouse/supervisory experience
• One year of use of Inventory/Purchasing system
• Experience working in a similar resort setting

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
Physical Requirements

• Must regularly lift and/move up to 50-75 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
• Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
