A Warehouse Supervisor leads a team; encompassing training, certification, development, influencing, and motivating to achieve desired results at key functional areas. Ensure all guidelines and principles are communicated and carried out in accordance with Molex expectations.
2 Openings: 1st Shift 5:30am - 2pm and 2nd Shift 2:30pm 11:00pm

What You Will Do
- Document and track employee performance in the areas of safety, attendance, productivity, and quality. Write, communicate, and provide performance feedback.
- Lead a team in all operational aspects of inbound/outbound processes to establish efficient and effective execution in the areas of safety, productivity, accuracy, quality, continuous improvement, and on time performance.
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures
- Serve as primary point of contact for other company business units when there are customer issues.
- Analyzes existing processes identifying continuous improvement opportunities and new methods to control cost.
- Ensures that projects/departments milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Ensure operations are adhering to Trade/Customs regulations to meet customers' expectations and avoid any interruptions to levels of service.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Responsible for work procedures training, certification, adherence, preparation for direct and indirect reports, manage schedules and workflows.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisor/manager role within an Operations / Distribution environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
- BS Degree in operations management, logistics, or related field
- Knowledge and experience with 6S
- Experience with Customs Operations and International Shipping
- Familiar with order fulfillment processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of RF scanning terminals
- 5+ years of experience in distribution operations environment, continuous improvement, developing junior leaders and managing DC KPIs
- Experience using SAP WM Systems
