Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor in our Orlando, FL facility.
Third Shift: Mon - Fri, 7 PM to 3 AM

You Are:
The Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for continuous improvement and driving top tier quality control.
You Will:
- Report directly to the Director of Presort Quality Assurance with a dotted line to the local facility manager.
- Complete multiple Audit functions. Including container audits, package audits, and facility operations audits. The goal is to document, measure, and drive the behaviors to support clients.
- Work with Loss Prevention, Safety, and other internal groups to ensure all processes are monitored and reviewed
- Focus on key performance indicators and ensure accurate and timely measure of those metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement culture and initiatives through successful partnerships with various Pitney Bowes business groups, supporting operations in pursuit of all cost and service goals.
- Work with engineering to ensure the SOPs are accurate and processes are running as designed and identify improvement opportunities
- Work directly with Operations facility management team reviewing operational requirements and ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures.
- Provide cross-functional interaction with departments such as transportation, account management, and technology.
- Identify process changes and update SOPs as needed
- Maintain and improve quality control operational reporting
- Update and maintain audit forms and processes
- Identify process opportunities to increase productivity and reduce processing failures to promote high quality processing
Your Background:
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem- solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues and stand up for the right method
- Highly organized
- Excellent people and organizational skills.
- Must be a team player with ability to effective communicate with all levels within an organization
- Able to work and address different levels of an organization
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of supply chain management and/or general knowledge of production or mail industry environment
- The ability to work within MS Excel
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with little supervision
- Knowledge within WMS systems.
Preferred:
2 - 4 years quality control leadership experience within the production or mail industries
