Participates in the development and implementation of division/unit quality assessment and improvement program using appropriate risk and quality management data

Serves as an educational and clinical resource to patient/family/staff (supports patient/family/ educational activities).

Manages and supports Telephone Triage.

The pay scale for this position ranges from $18.00-$29.13 per hour.

Warehouse experience is a must.

Work standing on their feet for 8+ hours a day, while walking up to 15 miles or more per day.

Have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Have the ability to read, identify, and comprehend alphanumeric part number schemes up to 30 characters long.

Have the ability to clearly communicate.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Clean and process recyclable materials

Ensure all materials are processed efficiently with no quality defects or load rejections

Move and stage processed materials for loading into trailers

Load processed materials onto assigned trailers for shipment

Unload and sort transfer trucks returning from stores and delivery pads

Create accurate records of processed materials

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

At least 1 year of Floorcare experience required

Strip, Wax and buff various types of floors according to contract specifications

Shampoo and clean various styles of carpeting according to contract specifications

Sweep and mop hallways, stairs and offices

Empty wastebaskets and dispose the trash in prescribed manner

Exhibits required in-depth job knowledge and skills

1-2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Sets up and operates bending presses and heating units for hot or cold bending, forming or offsetting

Sets up and operates profile cutting machine, crane, robotic scrap disposal, machining center and parts marker

Selects proper tooling according to code sheet or drawing and routing

Monitors gauges and controls and makes necessary adjustments

Demonstrate knowledge of the organizations Service Standards and incorporate them into the performance of duties.

Distribute OR schedule changes and division scorecards to the appropriate parties as necessary.

Participate in larger departmental initiatives or special projects such as the USN & WR Initiative.

Recognize routine problems and recommend suggestions, ideas and solutions.

Act as a department liaison to all stakeholders that require assistance. Promote opportunities for feedback from staff to improve service delivery.

Maintain and cultivate relationships with other departments or NYU resources that impact departmental administrative operations and customer service standards.

Medical, dental, and vision benefits

PTCB/NHA Certified Pharmacy Technician (certification not required for Illinois Pharmacy Technicians licensed before 2008)

Experience in long-term care or hospital pharmacy preferred.

General computer knowledge including Windows applications.
