Job Description

Hook Logistics is a fast growing, tech-enabled third party logistics (3PL) provider based in both the New York and Los Angeles Metropolitan Areas. Our concept revolves around making fulfillment as turn-key for our clients as possible and offering an experience that is highly predictable, accurate, and fairly priced.We're looking to bring on an Operations Manager to work with our LA team to improve the way we communicate with our clients and manage day-to-day operations for our West Coast warehouse.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain business standards for shipment accuracy and client communication
  • Support onboarding process to ensure clients are brought into our system quickly and efficiently
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Communicate with clients and key partners to meet internal growth objectives


Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a logistics and/or supply chain role
  • Ability to learn how to effectively utilize Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Spanish language skills is a plus
