We’re looking for an experienced Manager of Warehouse Operations and Logistics who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing the tactical strategy for the daily warehouse operations and logistics and ensuring warehouse operations can handle long-term growth. We have 6 warehouse locations in North America.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and proactively manage yearly department and transportation budgets.
• Create and implement a strategic plan to ensure that warehouse operations and logistics are optimized to run smoothly and efficiently regardless of season.
• Work with the warehouse teams at all locations to identify and modify processes.
• Direct the day-to-day integration of the warehouse and logistics teams to generate cohesive and efficient operations.
• Review existing logistics and distribution processes and performance and make recommendations for improvement as required.
• Plan long-term labor needs based on sales, forecasts, and historical data.
• Ensure compliance with the health and safety program.
• Evaluate workflow and warehouse layout on an ongoing basis and initiate improvements where appropriate.
• Oversee facilities management including health and safety, security, and maintenance.

About You

• Ability to work effectively with other functional areas to improve service levels, resolve service problems, and reduce costs/improve efficiencies
• Proven track record of successfully managing employee teams in an extremely high pressure and fast paced working environment.
• Experience in the exhibit industry is an asset.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in multi-location warehouse operations.
• Well-developed team building and training skills
