Job Summary
- Manage warehouse staff.
- Create and manage an install team that would prefab fiber and copper for bigger Data Center installs
- Clean and maintain the warehouse.
- Create job kits for large projects as well as a process for managing them.
- Upon job completion, pull all tooling off the job and inventory
- Manage all deliveries, warehouse inventory, and tooling
- Go through all storage cages and create a data base of info and process for removal of unused inventory.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Create tech kits for service techs and create process for managing.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop job processes and best practices.
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and convey an appropriate professional image.
- Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
- Must possess proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read and write.
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have general accounting knowledge.
- Must have general computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience.

- Previous high-volume payables experience
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Experience with full cycle accounts payable month end close
- Good working knowledge of accounts principles, practices and procedures
- Previous A/P experience preferred in construction industry
- Excellence in general math skills
- Assist with month-end closing of accounts payable.
- Minimal 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Process weekly check runs to pay invoices when due; match checks to supporting documentation.
- View of vendor statement and resolution of outstanding balances and older items.
- Multi-Tasker; attention to detail; thorough and analytical
- Input high volume of authorized invoices to accounts payable system with correct accounting codes; verify that invoices have proper support documentation.
