We are hiring both Forklift/Order Picker Equipment Operators and Warehouse Associates to join our 2nd Shift Outbound Shipping Team, working 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday – Friday; overtime as required.
The pay rate includes an hourly base, plus a $1.50 shift differential:
- $20.00 - Warehouse Associate (does NOT operate PIT)
- $21.00 - Forklift/Order Picker Equipment Operator

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
- Complete post-offer background check and drug screen
- Ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment such as Order Pickers, Forklifts, etc. (securely harnessed) and/or work on the multi-level mezzanine at heights of 30+ ft.
- Ability to excel within a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to excel within a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to operate RF Scan Guns, calculators, and other equipment & technology as required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed
- In our MDC, you’ll always be on the move! Please note the following physical requirements in addition to the above:
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, gripping, etc.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities
- Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
- Accurately pick, sort, pull, store, and load products in assigned locations while safely operating PIT equipment, including order picker, standup forklift, and reach truck
- Perform routine cleaning in assigned zones
- Perform tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners or voice picking system
- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
- Process replenishments in assigned locations using the required PIT as needed
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments

Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
