Warehouse Equipment Operator (2Nd & 3Rd Shift)

We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our 2nd and 3rd Shift Outbound Teams in support of our Chandler Distribution Center.

Schedule Options Include:

• 10:00 pm - 6:30 am, Monday - Friday; OT as required, 3rd Shift (Overnight)
• 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday – Friday; OT as required, 2nd Shift (Night)
• 7:00 pm - 3:30 am, Monday - Friday; OT as required, 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour + $1.50 differential for qualifying 2nd or 3rd shift positions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble containers and maintain supplies
• Complete tasks using a hand-held RF scanner or voice picking system
• Process nightly replenishments in assigned locations using required PIT
• Accurately pick, sort, pull, store and load products in assigned locations while safely operating pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order picker, standup forklift, and reach truck.
• Accurately stage products and load flatbed trucks for shipment and local delivery
• Perform routine cleaning in assigned zones

Qualifications:

• Work on multi-level mezzanine or PIT equipment up to 30+ ft. heights
• Frequently lift and carry objects over 50 lbs. with equipment or team lift
• Ability to operate handheld RF scanner unit, voice picking system, and other equipment & technology as required
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, drive, push, pull, lift, carry, bend, stoop, twist, reach, stretch, squat, and grip objects for the duration of your shift
• Ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment such as Order Pickers, Forklifts, etc. (securely harnessed) and/or work on the multi-level mezzanine at heights of 30+ ft.
• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education and 6 months of experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT).

• Ability to excel within a fast-paced, team environment
• Constantly lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs. by hand
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
