The VP Product is a key strategic position and the leader of NIQ Activate’s products and its roadmap, with responsibility for ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aligned and onboard in terms of business and value propositions, procedures, features, and data.


The VP Product will manage a team of professionals that defines product’s vision & strategy, supports presale phases and represents the customer’s voice within the company.


Responsibilities


  • Develop competitive analysis and metrics
  • Partner with global teams of R&D, marketing, operations, sales, and finance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet defined business objectives
  • Work closely with the R&D organization to develop and deliver value to customers
  • Own the entire product life cycle - from concept through development and launch
  • Lead the product team
  • Define and execute the product strategy and short/long-term roadmap
  • Meet with customers and prospects to identify their needs and pain points
  • Identify and represent market and technology trends in addition to the customer’s voice, while defining the roadmap and product scope
  • Determining operational and product issues and resolving them as soon as possible


Qualifications


  • Fluent English
  • At least 5 years as a leader of product teams
  • MBA - Advantage
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Experience in the CPG / Retail industry and related ecosystems – Major advantage
  • Experience in managing a big data analytics product - Advantage
  • BA/B.Sc. in Engineering/ Economics/ Business Administration or another related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in Product Management
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering products to market
  • High level of presentation skills
  • At least 3 years working in a global multicultural enterprise, managing a high volume B2B SaaS product
  • Located in Eastern or Central time zone
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with engineering and other departments
