About Global Treasury Management At Wells Fargo
Global Treasury Management ("GTM") at Wells Fargo is one of the largest providers of treasury management services and operates across both our Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking businesses. The GTM business brings together our treasury management and digital business solutions to provide payment solutions, cash and liquidity management and more to Wells Fargo's wholesale banking clients.
About VP, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis ("FP&A") role
The head of Financial Planning and Analysis reports directly to the CFO for the GTM business. This leadership role will work closely with other leaders in the CFO team and the GTM business to develop world class financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes to support the GTM business. In addition, this individual will be expected to take a leadership position in working with the Enterprise Finance and other LOB FP&A Teams to help plan, coordinate and optimize the FP&A support across the Company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead GTM management reporting process and produce high quality reporting to measure and track performance of the business
  • Lead development of financial elements for GTM's strategic plan and annual budget for the GTM business
  • Lead preparation of GTM quarterly earnings materials and any other Investor relations materials
  • Lead development of executive level presentations for business reviews
  • Collaborate with GTM Finance team members to deliver seamless integration of financial reporting and analysis activities including client and product profitability analysis to support business strategies and decision making to drive improved financial outcomes
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing financial projections and establishing financial goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; MBA is preferred but not a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to all audiences.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products is preferred
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain a highly engaged, high performing, and diverse team.
  • Experience developing Senior Executive Management and Board of Director level materials is required
  • Experience with cost benefit analysis on projects/initiatives.
  • Direct experience working as a FP&A leader for a complex business or function
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative management style and is execution-focused and results oriented
Pay Range
$133,300.00 - $237,100.00 Annual
