Who You Are

You are a travel industry expert, who lives for the art and science of creating extraordinary immersive experiences and ensuring their smooth operations. You have planning and logistics on lock. You deeply understand the guest experience and dynamics of group travel. You have proven financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiencies. You’re ready to join the growing team of a travel startup and be the senior leader overseeing our trip development and operations team.


What You’ll Do


Manage the Experiences team that designs, operates and manages the portfolio of Modern Adventure travel experiences:

  • Manage and oversee the development of trips that span diverse, geography, audience segments, focus, personality and price points, while maintaining the quality and principles of a Modern Adventure Experience
  • Manage and oversee the operations team to ensure the smooth running of all operational aspects of the business
  • Move from the strategic to the tactical with the ability to execute on both
  • Own the big picture and every detail of our trip operations and trip quality standards.
  • Be responsible for the success of the operations process and full operations lifecycle
  • Manage and oversee the Guest Services team that is responsible for all guest communications, questions and escalations
  • Define product vision, strategy and initiatives based on keen understanding of guest needs, competitive landscape and market opportunity, including assessing competitive advantage and the company’s capacity to meet the opportunity
  • Do great work and be great to work with
  • Manage Development and Operations finance out, and oversee the pricing and P&L for our trips, ensuring we achieve our profitability and margin goals
  • Define the overarching product roadmap for each vertical in our destinations.
  • Report to the CEO as a senior leader of the business, managing the Experience team to include: Guest Services, Trip Development, and Operations


What You’ll Bring


  • A proven track record in the creation and implementation of Dev and Ops process, management and escorted group travel experiences
  • A seasoned leader that builds trusts, collaboration, accountability and high performing teams
  • 10+ years of experience in roles in travel development and operations
  • Strong financial acumen and experience owning trip P&L’s
  • Knowledge, proven success, and systems and processes road maps
  • Deep connections to global luxury operators / DMCs
  • Hustle, courage, humility
