Job Description

About this role:

Manhattan based boutique firm is looking for a skilled visualizer to join their team.



A very prestigious boutique design firm based in Manhattan, is looking for a talented Renderer/3D modeler to work on very high-end residential projects.



Role and Responsibilities:

  • Translate architectural drawings into 3D models.
  • Assist in production of images suitable for client presentations.
  • Work alongside design team and Partners to continually develop design through all stages.
  • Coordinate with client, consultants and Senior staff.
  • Produce architectural animations and renderings from an artistic and technical standpoint.
  • Generate virtual and physical models for landscape, topography, and site development.



Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience (Minimum)
  • Experience working in mixed media (both digital and analog)
  • Adept in all aspects of rendering residential design, including interiors and landscape.
  • An education in architecture or related design field is a plus.
  • Proficient with Rhino 6, SketchUp and Lumion.
  • An eye for art, lighting, composition, and imagery is essential.



Salary: $90,000 - $140,000
