Adventist HealthCare is hiring full time Home Health Physical Therapists (PT) in our Southern Maryland and Silver Spring Territories, servicing Charles, Lower Montgomery and Prince Georges counties, with a sign on bonus up to $12,000.
We're seeking Physical Therapists (PT) who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Physical Therapist (PT) you will:
  • Assume responsibility for personal and professional development
  • Administer physical therapy interventions and treatments according to agency’s accepted policies and procedures
  • Complete documentation requirements in a proficient and timely manner
  • Communicate with team members, customers, managers, etc. to coordinate plan of care and provide optimal patient experience
  • Apply and implement appropriate therapy knowledge and plans patient care with appropriate patient goals
•Administer and supervise physical therapy treatments to patients with a wide range of health problems under the direct orders of a physician/podiatrist •Coordinate patient's care with other skilled care providers to plan, implement and access treatment programs
Qualified candidates will possess:
  • Active Maryland PT license required
  • Master's degree from an accredited program
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • 1 year home health experience preferred
