Physical Therapist/Clinic Director

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist/Clinical Director to join our Henderson team!

JPT is a privately owned multi-location Physical Therapy practice providing outpatient orthopedics and sports physical therapy to a varied patient population in the Las Vegas valley and surrounding areas.
Compensation
$80k - $100k + profit share of clinic
About The Position
This position is at our Henderson clinic.
Our clinics collectively provide out-patient orthopedics, geriatric and pediatric physical therapy, motor vehicle accident care, sports physical therapy, dry needling, cupping, IASTM, taping, modalities, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, post-op rehabilitation, workmen's compensation, and more.
Our patient population ranges from 30-70 yo, but we see kids from toddlers and up to 90+ years old .
You should be able to see patients while also being able to manage a busy clinic and staff. Patient care is approximately 32-36 hours/week, with the remainder devoted to management and administrative tasks, community involvement, and marketing to local physicians and attorneys. General responsibilities include approving payrolls, staff reviews, running monthly staff meetings, weekly huddle meetings, working with the executive team to achieve the goals of the clinic, participation in community service events, and team building events.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and leadership skills who is also a great PT. Honesty and a good work ethic are a must. Easily able to integrate into an already established and busy clinic without trying to change the culture or the way things are done, but be able to add to and enhance an already successful operation. Must be willing and able to develop community relationships and physician relationships.
