We are looking for two Part Time Occupational Therapists to join our Phoenix/Scottsdale Home Health team.

Territory/coverage areas needed are East Valley and West Valley

Compensation rates are as follows:

Regular /Evaluation rate: $100 / visit

Recertification rate: $120 / visit

Requirements

• Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Licensed to practice as Occupational Therapist within the state
• Current CPR certification
