Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity to build dream vacations and cruise travel with the biggest names in the travel industry as a Virtual Trip Coordinator!


Requirements


Responsibilities


  • Book all travel arrangements
  • Create quotes per clients specifications
  • Provide all travel documentation
  • Research and create recommendations with suggested budgets
  • Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized
  • Follow up with the client before, after, and while on the trip to make sure there are no issues
  • Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry


Requirements


  • Must have computer/cell phone with internet access
  • Must be comfortable working remotely
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
