Job Responsibilities
• Design and create individualized health and wellness plans for clients
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust plans accordingly
• Develop weekly goals with clients to help them reach long-term objectives
• Educate clients on the importance of physical activity, nutrition, and lifestyle habits
• Provide guidance on how to integrate healthy habits into daily life
• Facilitate virtual meetings with clients to discuss progress and challenges
• Offer support and advice to clients via phone, email, or other digital platforms
• Conduct virtual sessions to answer questions and discuss health-related topics
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends
• Make referrals to other health professionals when appropriate
• Document client progress and goals in the health management software
