Job Description

Hope Recovery Centers USA is a faith-based organization that provides addiction recovery services for men, women and teens-at-risk. Ours first site is located in Waverly Alabama, and we will be expanding nationwide.


Responsibilities

The VP of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of the operations of all of our sites across the country. Responsibilities include planning and managing the operations of all sites, including core programmatic operations, employee hiring and management, site-specific budget management and issue resolution. The role will also include participation in key system level planning functions such as strategic planning and growth, financial planning and core programmatic expansion opportunities.


The VP of Operations will report directly to the System CEO.


Qualifications

The VP of Operations must have at least 15 years experience with the provider sector. Excellent communication skills are a must, and respect for and active support of our culture is critical.
