Vice President Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations who is energetic and a self-driven individual, able to perform under complex circumstances and turn around the operations. This position is responsible for upholding the profitability of the organization by leading business operations across several manufacturing locations in the country, to meet sustainable growth expectations, aligned with the company’s mission, values and strategic goals.

This role's responsibilities will include partnering with senior leadership across the organization to determine business goals and initiatives, as well as developing strategic plans and objectives for the company, based on information collected about specific company needs.

As one of the senior members of an organization, the VP of Operations will manage multiple departments, staff, and projects, and will require a strong financial acumen to manage full P&L responsibility. Other key duties of this position will involve building and developing high-performing work teams, fostering a culture of self accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
