Vice President Of Professional Services

The American Institute of Balance (AIB) is a 30-year global healthcare organization based in Tampa Bay, Florida. AIB has over 30 years of proven success, helping build highly successful diagnostic testing services within Otolaryngology, Neurology, Audiology practices, Hospitals, Health Systems, and Multi-specialty Organizations. Our primary clients include physicians specializing in Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT), and Neurology. AIB licenses or operates 150 clinics in 39 states and trains and certifies 1,500 professionals annually.

Primary :

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for AIB's numerous silos. Position will oversee and manage the teams responsible for the delivery of all products and services related to this business unit. This includes 50 team members; clinical, technical and support staffers. Also prioritize customer relations and client satisfaction.Candidates must possess a history of management of at least mid-sized organizations, preferably healthcare, across multiple business silos. Ideal candidate has a track record of strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Team building and collaboration with C-Suite and team members is a must. Graduate level and/or professional degree or certificates are preferable. Position reports to COO and Founder/CEO.
