Required: Required: 3-years experience in digital marketing in the music industry.

Duties: The Vice President - Marketing and A&R performs the following marketing management duties:

• Develop marketing plans involving creative departments to promote 88Rising artists in terms of their development, repertoire, artist merchandising, and the advertising campaign of album releases, concerts, and other events.
• Oversee research of market trends, and future demands for various media content; review establish marketing methodology, data gathering, and statistical data on user preferences and behavior; monitor demand through marketing research activities and analytics and oversee prepare reports and graphic illustration of findings for presentation to management;
• Curate 88Rising creative department managers and staff related to marketing budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the use advertising media related to artists, artist repertoire, and 88Rising social media channels, and other content platforms;
• Lead marketing campaigns related to 88Rising’s participation in music festivals such Coachella Valley Music Festival and Head in the Clouds Music Festival; and
