Position Description


The primary and ultimate responsibility of the VP Operations is to make branches work efficiently and profitably resulting in enhanced customer service (accurate, timely, and consistent). It champions initiatives focused on the identification, development and implementation of strategic initiatives with the responsibility for establishing Standard Operating Procedures. This position works under the direction of the Chairman and CEO & the President and COO, works in coordination with other members of the Senior Management Team and serves as a member of the Executive Management Team., conduct and continuously drive strategic planning processes specific to operation’s goals and determine key strategic priorities, achieve OPEX reduction at branches under the previous year’s numbers as a % to sales and cost per unit. Coach OPS team to achieve this goal, identify, develop and implement ATD’s strategic initiatives regarding the objectives of Warehouse management Systems, Transportation Management Systems and Mobile Delivery Solutions. direct the efforts of the Director of Logistics regarding the management of company assets and lease/maintenance agreements.


Primary Responsibilities
