Ux/Ui Designer Jobs

• Discovery - human-centered design, design thinking, stakeholder engagement, information architecture, interviewing users, interviewing stake holders, qualitative analysis
• Usability studies
• Working with Jira to collaborate with development team
• Delivery - Creating user interfaces, mural, sketch, InVision,
• The responsibilities

• Figma - good alternative
• Describe the must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:
• Mural
• Adobe Illustrator - Good Alternative
• Word processing
• Excel
• JIRA
• Invision
• Sketch

• Strong verbal and written communication across many different stakeholders
• Be able to demonstrate and explain in lamest terms for roll-up ( high - level of comfortability)
• Analytical Thinker
• Work closely tom communicate and interact effectively with developers
• Tell me about some soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:

• MS - Human Computer Interaction or Information Science - preferred
• Does this position require any degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful?
• BS - required (open to all fields) _ Communication / Graphic Design

• Educational background in Design Thinking?
• Number of years design complex software interactions?
• Number of years doing user research?
• Human centered design boot camp?
• Are there 2-3 screening questions that suppliers can ask prior to submittal and submit with the candidate’s resume that would provide insight on their fit for this role (these would not be manager’s interview questions and may not apply to all positions i.e., Non -IT)?
