Senior Designer (Remote) Jobs

Compensation Range: $50 - 60 per hour

Cella has partnered with a well-known client in search of a Senior Designer to join their team. In this role you will be supporting the brand's in-house agency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within brand guidelines and has 5+ years of experience creating unique and innovative designs across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Unearth insights and make connections between businesses, audiences and external trends.
• Sell the work in a way that keeps business partners coming back for more.
• Partner enthusiastically with copywriters, strategists, and other members of the team.
• Produce concepts that push past the expected while remaining true to the creative brief and work at hand.
• Bring concepts to life through flawless execution.

Qualifications:

• Communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Skills:
• Experience working with a marketing department.
• Portfolio showing a range of experience, concepts, and visual styles.
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of design fundamentals, & messaging hierarchy.
• Experience developing rich media and other forms of online advertising.
• Minimum of 5 years relative Design experience, preferably in a design firm, advertising or in-house creative department.

• Experience working on direct response materials and designing for a range of marketing channels including email, banner ads, social, landing pages, print collateral.
• Education: Bachelors
• Brings creative, organizational problem solving.
