Job Description
Taazaa is looking for someone passionate about visual design. Someone who understands the art of designing delightful solutions. If you love creating elegant, pixel-perfect designs then we would love to work with you.
You will be a part of a focused, creative team and help impact millions of lives positively. Your work will involve solving complex UX/UI problems. You shall also be responsible for the ownership of creating designs from scratch, design systems, and the corresponding UI Assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the development team to get the design output
  • Take feedback and rapidly prototype visual designs
  • Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, mood boards, style-guide
  • Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production
  • Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions)
  • Interact with and influence team members and business partners at all levels
  • Create Pixel perfect designs
  • Create products that resonate on an emotional level using human insights as a source of inspiration
  • Listen and understand user needs to make projects successful
  • Design visually appealing user interfaces for a range of digital products
  • Conceptualize and create illustrations, icons, and micro-interactions from scratch
Must Have
  • Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams
  • Obsessive about pixel-level perfection of design
  • A strong portfolio of UI work and proven experience in designing complex mobile and web applications
  • Undying love for collaboration and learning with a fearless and positive attitude
  • Experience working on large applications where style guides and design systems need to be created and managed
  • Good knowledge of color theory and visual design principles
Technical Skillsets Required
  • Proficiency in Visual Design, UX Design, Micro Interactions
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, Balsamiq, and/or Invision
  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
