Ford’s Cyber Security Training & Awareness team is currently seeking a UX Writer to create security related material and distribute across the enterprise. The UX Writer will be responsible for helping to drive Training, Awareness, and Industry Best Practices for information security throughout Ford.

The minimum requirements we seek :
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology, tools, and methods
- Ability to work well in a team environment using strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and team leadership skills
- Well organized
- Project management experience, ability to plan, manage, and maintain the awareness programs and learning events.
- 5+ years of experience leveraging multimedia tools for delivering and creation of training materials
- Basic understanding of Agile methodology and utilizing Rally tool
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Cyber Security
- Strong understanding of security concepts and willingness to learn
- 2+ years of experience working with Cybersecurity tools
- 4+ years of experience creating training material for a large organization
Our preferred requirements :
- Experience delivering Phishing awareness training
- Experience managing vendor relations
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

What you'll be able to do:
- Partner with the Global Communications teams to cascade cyber security best practices and industry trends.
- Develop training plan for targeted training opportunities.
- Create user-centric solutions that improve the end-to-end user experience, including instructional content, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Exercise Ford OS Behaviors in all aspects of this role.
- Create technical and non-technical security content for the enterprise role-based training, Ambassador Program material, microlessons, single point lessons, and global events (Cyber Security Awareness Month, Virtual Roadshows, A Taste of Cyber Security, Mini-Conference Series).
- Shape the messaging of all global communication and implement a communication strategy for all global security awareness training.
- Help manage the cyber training and awareness training curriculum in Ford’s Learning Management System and Degreed.
- Develop communication templates in support of the communication strategy.
- Capture actionable security awareness metrics.
- Develop and drive ongoing cyber security training efforts, including phishing awareness training.
- Collaborate with cyber security experts and IT suppliers to organize learning events; Ambassador Program Quarterly Meeting, A Taste of Cyber Security, Mini-Conference Series, and Cyber Security Awareness Month.
- Develop appropriate communication strategies for cyber training and events.
- Drive cyber security onboarding training for new hires.
