Job Description

Job title: UX Designer

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite Role)

Visa: NO H1B,CPT

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

The Designer Consultants will practice UX and CX design for all efforts, as well as design and support the development of artifacts (e.g., wireframes, mockups, prototypes).

Required Skills

Minimum three (3) years of experience in digital design, user research. qualitative analysis & synthesis and interaction design.

Minimum three (3) years of experience performing technical and design/research services for UX/CX project, including UX/CX analysis, requirements development, and implementation

Minimum three (3) of experience providing support for the development of artifacts (e.g., wireframes, mockups, protypes, testing scripts) on UX/CX project.

Minimum three (3) years of experience performing user research for UX/CX project, including collecting feedback from multiple user stakeholder groups.

Minimum three (3) years of experience performing usability testing for UX/CX project.

*Possession of a Bachelor's Degree. Four years of experience in UX/CX design, in addition to the years required above, may be substituted for the required education.

Desired Skills/Experience

Three (3) years of experience designing UX/CX on project with more than 200 internal end users and 1,000 external users.

Five (5) years of experience performing technical and design/research services for UX/CX projects, including UX/CX analysis, requirements development, and implementation.

Five (5) years of experience providing support for the development of artifacts (e.g.,wireframes, mockups, prototypes, testing scripts) on UX/CX project.

Five (5) years of experience performing user research for UX/CX project, including collecting feedback from multiple user stakeholder groups.

Five (5) years of experience performing usability testing for UX/CX project.

A *Master's Degree from an accredited university.
