- Job Summary: This role is primarily responsible for understanding and improving the user experience of our digital marketing services. They are responsible for gathering and analyzing user data and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The UX Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user insights are integrated into decision-making processes. Additionally, this role will employ various research methods (such as surveys, usability testing, and website tagging) to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design, and the ability to effectively communicate UX findings to stakeholders.

- Job Title: User Experience (UX) Analyst
- Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for improving the user experience.
- Work cross-functionally with product marketing, production, design, content strategy, data analysts, and market research to integrate user insights into product decision-making processes.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback, metrics, and trends to continuously improve the user experience.
- Gather and analyze user data to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Advocate for users fostering a shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, marketing, product, and technology.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience research and analysis to drive innovation.
- A positive attitude with passion for games, data, and practical and effective design.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of First Time User Experiences and how to develop UI to engage users.
- Highly experienced and proficient with user research and tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, FullStory.
- Experience with A/B testing and proficient in testing tools such as Optimizely, CrazyEgg.
- Highly experienced and proficient with analytical web and Data Visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.

- Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $125,000 - $148,200. The full range is $125,000 - $187,000. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
