Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, the fastest growing Ford dealership in Tampa Bay, is looking for a professional and high energy Used Car Sales Manager.
Candidate must be able to lead by demonstrating the behavior consistent with the company's vision and values.
Candidates will be held in confidence and must be able to pass an in-depth interview process, background screening and reference check.
Must have a valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable safe driving record.

Responsibilities
Assist in Hiring, Training, and developing a sales team
Responsible for improving sales and team building
Ensure profitability
Maintain High levels of customer satisfaction
Assist with trade valuation.
Inventory management
Control of used car vehicle displays.
Qualifications And Skills
Previous Automotive Management Experience
VAuto & ELead Experience a Plus But Not Required
