Responsibilities - Used Car Manager:

• Manage lot personnel
• Monitor time on the lot
• Manage inventories - maintain appropriate wholesale inventory levels
• Develop and oversee Used Car Department processes
• Implement objectives for achieving sales goals and gross profits
• Appraise and oversee all appraisals
• Oversee all pricing and information on internet feeds
• Manage all aspects of our Used Car Operations
• Oversee all vendors
• Make sure reconditioning is done correctly
• Buy and sell wholesale cars
• Hire, train, and assist sales team in closing deals
• Service get ready decisions
• Manage all lease returns

Qualifications - Used Car Manager:

• Strong closer with good negotiation skills
• Superior leadership, team building, customer service, and communication skills
• Must have experience managing all aspects of Used Car Operations
• Must be experienced with purchasing inventory online, at physical auctions, and disposing of inventory.
• Must be well versed in using used car software tools, which include purchasing, pricing, and marketing of inventory
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
