The Position

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Jobandtalent in the US. They will manage a team of operations staff and work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations. The Senior Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned.
• This position will be the direct support to our National Vice President of Operations
• Support rollout of new product and services.
• Assist with management of SG&A costs
• Follow up with team on completion of daily/weekly reporting
• Helping build out applications in ATS
• Project Management of implementations in new sites
• Communication and Implementation of company initiatives, updates and changes
• Setting up new customer, job orders, comp codes in our dedicated systems.
• Open to career path within growth organization.
• Support delivery team with recruitment and marketing efforts

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Will consider experience)
• Great with managing projects, communications, and reporting.
• Great problem solver.
• Dedicated to the cause, big picture operations and ability to manage the tasks at hand.
• Metrics and analysis driven.
• Willing to roll up sleeves to address and attack needs as they come up.
