Bargaining Unit: ACE Associates
Exempt from Overtime: Exempt: No
Work Schedule: Days with Rotation to Nights Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Hours: 7a-7p/7p-7a
Summary
The Unit Secretary performs receptionist and clerical functions on a patient care unit under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse I.
Responsibilities
EDUCATION
  • High School Graduate
  • Must be 18 years of age
Experience
  • Previous computer experience preferred
  • Previous experience with medical terminology preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Subject to inside and outside environmental conditions
  • Occasional exposure to one or more mildly unpleasant physical conditions
