Rn Unit Nurse Jobs

Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is interviewing RNs as unit nurses. Are you new to nursing? Not ready to take a management position? This position works closely with the unit manager, LPNs, and CNAs to provide care to the facility residents. This is a Full Time or Part Time, Evening or Night, hourly position. The primary responsibilities are to help plan, organize, develop and implement the nursing care for a group of residents. The RN works well in a team atmosphere and creates a positive experience for the patient and their family. Essential

Functions

• Holds valid RN License in NYS.
• Excellent communication skills
• Graduate nurses welcome to apply!
• Requirements Include:
• Address questions brought forward by Residents or their families.
• Administers medications and treatments for a group of residents.
• Great computer skills including EHR use
• Review Resident records & quality of care.
• Documents care provided clearly and accurately.
• Enforces established standards of care for the unit.
• Assess resident's clinical needs.
• Team Player!
