- Manage the appropriate follow up with both the in-center clinical teams and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure.
- Provide value and educate our patients regarding our approach, the procedure, and our processes, including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
- Travel to both Surgical and Consult Centers to meet with new and existing patients to determine their goals, matching the patient’s desired treatment plans with the appropriate surgical team member (Surgeon) as the next step in their transformational journey.
- Demonstrate leadership while visiting each center location to keep the entire team informed, positive, and energized to support the best possible patient experience.
- Maintain and develop a patient pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective patients who did not move forward in their initial
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team
- Proven, outstanding track record (minimum of 3 years) in sales in a high- energy, high-paced Experience with one-on-one consultative selling in industries such as finance, education, plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, or other professional settings is considered a plus.
- Is a quick study, can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive results.
- Must be flexible to travel weekly, and some weekends depending on travel duration from homebase airport to accommodate a Monday- Friday consult schedule.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPIs).

- Compensation package includes: $50k-$60k base salary, overtime and overtime premium, and uncapped bonus potential (based on KPI and goal achievement).
- Total compensation ranges between $180,000 - $225,000 per year.
