Transportation Coordinator - Transportation

Under the direct supervision of Transportation Manager, the coordinator is responsible for operations and functions of the Patient Transport department for the specified shift. Work with new employees to ensure that their orientation to the department is complete by reviewing policies and procedures and of the department and completion of department training. Make an efficient work schedule for employees while monitoring budget FTE's. Monitor employee’s response times and productivity.Complete employees’ evaluation in a timely manner. Initiate disciplinary action with employees, when needed. Insures appropriate levels of customer service provided for internal and external customers.
