As a Transportation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our logistics strategy, ensuring that the supply of Companion Drivers meets the demand for our exceptional services. You will be responsible for importing trips, designing and optimizing our services, creating schedules, and streamlining workflow processes for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately into our state-of-the-art logistics and dispatch software system
• Provide support for various tasks to facilitate seamless logistics processes
• Leverage advanced technology and practical expertise to engineer and optimize trip logistics
• Strategically accept trips based on our capacity to deliver exceptional service
• Engage with riders and corporate clients, such as hospitals, clinics, and faith-based organizations, to gather and verify essential data for trip engineering

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer systems, including logistics and dispatch software
• Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple processes with minimal supervision
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics preferred
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or logistics management
