Seeking a self-motivated, organized person with a passion for both project management and leadership in a healthcare setting.
A Transition Operations manager is responsible to coordinate and facilitate transitioning medical practice operations in accordance to corporate standards and directives. Maintain high level of open communication with providers, staff, corporate management team and departments. Responsible to manage projects as assigned.

Overnight travel roughly 50% of the time may be required.
* Undergraduate degree preferred or extensive multi-discipline health care experience.
* At least five years administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or practice management setting.
