Job Title: Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Location: San Francisco, CA 94143

Job Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for delivering training and development programs.
• Interacts with senior internal and external personnel, including ambulatory practice administrative and clinical leadership.
• Develops new training programs and courses in response to organization's training needs. Works in a collaborative manner with others in a diverse environment and at all levels in the organization to prioritize work assignments, conduct analysis and develop recommendations.
• Designs and conducts more complex training programs to address issues of diverse scope that are aligned with organization strategies.
• Provides support to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
• May consult with training supervisor and/or department leadership to determine methods for delivery of course content and effective use of technology.
• Applies professional training and development skills to resolve and address a wide range of training issues and needs assessments.
• Applies workplace learning and performance strategies for training solutions.
• Conducts needs analysis and evaluates effectiveness of training programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of training and development, performance management and workplace learning. Ability to apply knowledge to achieve successful organizational outcomes.
• Thorough knowledge of delivering training programs and thorough knowledge of other areas of human resources.
• Thorough knowledge and skills with relevant business software systems; i.e., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in planning, resourcing and monitoring effective delivery of training.
• Thorough analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills to conduct needs assessment and development of new training courses to meet organizational needs.
• Thorough knowledge of current training programs and trends.
• 3 – 5 years related experience in training creation or delivery.
• Strong analytical, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and strong presentation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of applying adult learning theories and education methodologies.
• Thorough knowledge of functional area and understands how work may impact other areas.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• Master’s degree in education or related field
